Clover Gin Created by a trio of sisters in Belgium, Clover Gin combines some traditional botanicals with a selection of surprising treats, resulting in a refreshing tipple with its heart placed firmly in the Belgian countryside. Eden Mill Love Gin Launched in 2015, the recipe for Love Gin includes typical core botanicals and eight more exotic flavours, including rose petal, elderberry, rhubarb root, marshmallow root, goji berry, raspberry leaf and whole hibiscus flowers. The hibiscus is infused after distillation. This combination gives it a pale pink colour and a mellow, softer flavour. Spitfire Heritage Gin Developed by master distiller John Waters, the spirit is said to be one of only three single estate gins distilled in England. The spirit for the gin is all distilled on the premises, from wheat grown on the local farm. The botanicals used in the gin include juniper, two types of orange, almonds and borage flower, as well as coriander, rosemary, star anise and rose petals. The Spitfire Heritage Gin celebrates the efforts of the young female pilots of the Air Transport Auxiliary (ATA) in the Second World War, who delivered newly-built Spitfires without weapons to their RAF bases, at risk of attack from German Messerchmitts. Mary le Bow is a farm-designate red blend consisting of Cabernet, Shiraz, Petit Verdot or Merlot and sometimes (in exceptional years) Cabernet Franc - all in varying proportions, depending on the vintage characteristics of the year. A warm rich deep ruby red colour in the glass with a watery edge. Beautiful complex nose of blackcurrant, persimmon, cassis, mulberry fruits, buchu and juniper, which follow through to the palate. Layer upon layer of flavour reveals rich mulberry, cassis and mocha flavours. Pure elegance and sophistication.

Thomas Dakin Gin Made with eleven botanicals including juniper, orange peel, English coriander, angelica, cubeb pepper and liquorice as well as "a hint of red cole" aka horseradish! It's named after Thomas Dakin, who began producing gin in Warrington in the second half of the 18th century, founding what would later become Greenall's.
