Az. Agr. L'Olivella, Bombino, Lazio Az. Agr. L’Olivella was founded in 1986 by Umberto Notarnicola, a winegrower from Puglia and Bruno Violo, an oenologist from Piemonte. Since 2003, they have farmed organically on their 12 ha of vineyard in this region which is considered the home of Frascati. Straw yellow in colour with light green highlights. It is zesty and dry, with a delicate bouquet of peach, pineapple and passionfruit enveloping the palate. A full style, fleshy wine, yet finely balanced ripe fruit and acidity give a persistent warming finish.

Chocolate Box, GSM (Grenache, Shiraz, Mataro) 'Cherry Chocolate', Barossa Valley In 1999, Franc Rocca and family converted a former cow paddock into a state-of-the-art winery, to be known as Rockland Estate. On the smaller wine producers in the Barossa Valley, Rockland Estate prides itself on producing good quality, uniquely labelled wines. Rockland Estate believes great wine is made from the vines, sun, rain and rich earth. This blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro has savoury oak, dark cherries and stewed rhubarb which dominate the wine. The palate has spice and cinnamon revealing a delicious, lingering finish.

Finca Alma Mora, Cabernet Sauvignon, San Juan Blackcurrant and menthol/herb aromas initially on this densely coloured inky red purple wine. Also liquorice and toast give this wine a superb aroma. Valdemoro, Carmenere Since its founding in 1979 in Rengo, Torreón de Paredes winery has had one clear guiding principle: ‘a good wine can only be produced using top quality proprietary grapes’. The winery’s constant goal is not only to produce excellent wines, but also to create ecological wines made with great respect for nature and the ecosystem. This fine example of Carmenere displays an attractive deep ruby red colour with dark hues. The wine delivers aromas of black cherries, cherries, coffee, with delicate vanilla notes. Carmenere is normally medium bodied and with a smooth finish.
