An evening of British Beef & Red Wine

If the thought of a great steak excites you, then the opportunity to try 6 different steaks on one evening with accompanying wines is surely the evening for you!
The evening will begin at 7:00 with a welcome drink and canapés before Jeff our Head Chef guides you through different beef cuts and cooking processes. Techniques will include how to cook a perfect steak and slow cooking to bring out maximum flavour.
After a 30 minute demonstration you will move through into the dining room for a platter of different Beef cuts, served with accompanying wines.
The menu will include 6 different Beef cuts, ranging from slow braised cuts, to prime cuts and tasty, under utilised cuts such as Onglette and Bavette.
The Beef will be paired with accompanying wines and tasting notes from Andrew Wilson, owner of Old School Wines and passionate about this topic!
Three different wines will be tasted and provided on the night, with additional wine available to purchase.
