Based, on neutral spirit distilled from sugar cane, Ortodoxy is a Colombian aged tin based on a botanical recipe formulated by Destileria Colombia’s former president Dario Parra, inspired by London Dry Gins he’s enjoyed on business trips to England. After distillation, the Ortodoxy Gin is aged in used rum barrels.
The Gin Jamboree Team suggests serving it with Franklin Tonic and lemon slice.
